Every order is made from scratch, to order. So the total time to get your order = production time + shipping time.

Production time is usually 3 business days but can be up to 5 business days if we’re especially busy (around holidays, for example).

Shipping time depends on where you are.
For orders going to US addresses: 3-5 business days
For orders going to Canada: 10-15 business days
For orders going to the rest of the world: 10-30 business days

Please bear in mind that everything we produce is made to order, just for you.

When we CAN accept returns:

• If there is a manufacturing defect. If this happens, we can provide a refund or a replacement.

When we CANNOT accept returns:

• If you chose the wrong size
• If you don’t like it
